Cut File Freebie - Week #11

Wow that second pic is blur-ry! This is a little cut file I made after seeing this type of box on a few different websites. I thought it was really cute and I wanted to make a fun invitation for a chocolate girls night out I had last week. I cut it at 7.5. It fit a little hershey's bar (you know, the fun size) and an invitation that I curled up and put around the chocolate. I hung it from doorknobs of friends and neighbors.

The file is here:

Melinda I found a blog where a woman is selling this svg file for $3. I was outraged when I saw it because I knew it belonged to you. She has even made a YouTube video about it! I'm sure this isn't the first time this has happened to you but I felt compelled to let you know. Here's the link to her blog: http://lilacsandlupines.blogspot.com/

Kristina, you are so super cool! Thanks for thinking of me when you saw that! I went and checked it out (I'm ashamed to say I was pretty bugged that someone would do that). But after comparing our cut files (you can see the outline of her svg in the youtube video), I think she must have created her own. The diamond holes are smaller (which makes it harder to tie a ribbon around) and one of the ends doesn't have the proper shape (a triangle cut out of it). Very poor rendition (sorry, but it's true). At any rate, if she wants to try to sell that, she is more than free to as it's not my file. That being said...I truly appreciate you looking out for me and our fellow crafters!! Thanks Kristina!
