So this little card is for the military wives and daughters out there (and for anyone that ever needs to say thank you to a man!). Here is the actual scut file I used to cut out the card, svg, and star shapes. I'm also including the svg for the Iwo Jima silhouette (hope you could tell that's what it was!) in case you want to be able to manipulate it more!
