I made this specifically for giving away a candy bar. I made it in svg form though, just in case there's something else I (or anybody else) could use it for. I sized it at 6.5 for length once I imported into SCAL. Then, of course, once I had them cut and terrifically tacky taped together, I made the simplest cards imaginable to go with them to give to the women I visit monthly. Good luck making your own!
